Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Drivios. This policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations in plain, simple terms.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Drivios within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their first payment. This guarantee applies to:
- First-time subscribers to any Drivios paid plan
- Monthly and annual subscription plans
- Upgrades from a free trial to a paid plan, within 14 days of the first charge
The 14-day period begins on the date of your first successful payment. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable except in the exceptional circumstances described in Section 4.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day guarantee period:
- Email us at marketing@nova9.agency
- Include your account email address and the subject line: “Refund Request”
- Briefly tell us the reason for your request (optional, but helps us improve)
We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and process the refund promptly.
Refund processing time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and may take additional time.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Paddle, our payment processor, handles all refund transactions.
3. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Drivios subscription at any time — there are no lock-in contracts.
- How to cancel: You can cancel directly from your account billing settings, or by contacting us at marketing@nova9.agency
- Access after cancellation: When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to all features until that date.
- No partial refunds: We do not issue partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period, unless you are within the 14-day guarantee window or an exceptional circumstance applies.
- Annual plans: If you cancel an annual plan after the 14-day guarantee period, you will retain access until the end of the annual period. No refund is issued for the remaining months.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Outside of the 14-day guarantee period, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in genuinely exceptional circumstances, such as:
- A significant and sustained outage or technical failure on our end that prevented you from using the Service
- Duplicate charges due to a billing error
- Charges made after a valid cancellation request was submitted
To request consideration of an exceptional refund, please email marketing@nova9.agency with details of the circumstances. We will review requests within 5 business days and respond with our decision.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the criteria above.
5. Free Trials
If you are using Drivios during a free trial period, no payment is collected and no refund is applicable. You can cancel your trial at any time before it converts to a paid subscription without any charge.
6. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us at marketing@nova9.agency before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. In most cases we can resolve issues quickly and directly.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice within the platform. The current version is always available at drivios.app/refund.
