Drivios is operated by Nova9 Agency (operating as Drivios). All subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com who act as Merchant of Record.
We offer a 14-day refund on subscription payments if you have not used the service during that period. To request a refund, contact us at marketing@nova9.agency with your order details.
Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
